Initial Company Contact
We contact your HR department to explore constructive next steps. Our goal is collaborative resolution and workplace improvement, not punishment.

Escalation (If Needed)
If initial HR contact does not respond, we escalate to executive leadership or board-level contacts. We attempt up to three contacts for resolution before moving to the next phase.

Employee Rights Support
If no engagement occurs after three attempts, we provide guidance regarding legal protection and workplace rights. You are never directly exposed during the process unless you choose to be.

No. Your identity remains confidential unless you choose to disclose it. We use secure, encrypted systems and anonymize all data before sharing insights with companies.
What happens if the company doesn't respond?
We attempt up to three contacts, escalating from HR to executive leadership to board-level contacts. If there is still no response, we guide employees on their rights and legal protections without exposing their identity.
Is this only for bullying?
